How you pay
Payment is made by card when you book, and the appointment is confirmed automatically. The price shown already includes VAT: there is no surcharge for paying by card.
Your card details are not stored on this website: the payment is processed by the secure payment gateway.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel or move the appointment free of charge up to 12 hours in advance.
After that, the amount paid is refunded minus €30 for administrative costs.
If the session cannot take place for my part, it will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
