The service
A 90-minute one-to-one astrology consultation, online by video call, booked in advance. It includes preparing the chart, the session itself, the audio recording and a document summarising the reading.
Price and payment method
Price: €65.34 including VAT. Payment is made in full at the time of booking, by card, through a secure payment gateway. No surcharge is applied for card use. The website does not store card details.
Confirmation of the appointment
The appointment is confirmed automatically once payment is completed. You will receive an email with the session details and a reminder 24 hours beforehand.
Changes and cancellations
- You can change or cancel the appointment free of charge by giving at least 12 hours’ notice, writing to allo@juliettedetarbes.pro.
- If you give less than 12 hours’ notice or do not attend the appointment, the amount paid is refunded less €30 for administrative costs.
- If the session cannot take place for reasons attributable to the professional, a new date is offered or the full amount is refunded.
Birth data
To prepare the consultation we need your date, time and place of birth. If you do not know the exact time, the chart is read without houses and the scope of that option is explained to you. This data is kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Nature of the service
The consultation is a service of guidance and self-knowledge based on the symbolic reading of the birth chart. It is not a health, psychological or medical service, it does not provide diagnoses and it does not replace the care of qualified professionals.
Right of withdrawal
As this is a leisure and entertainment service with a fixed date for its performance, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the booking is confirmed, in accordance with consumer law. This circumstance is explained before payment is completed.
