Who processes your data

What data is collected and why
- Booking data: full name, email address, telephone number, date and time of the appointment.
- Birth data: date, time and place of birth, needed to prepare the birth chart that is worked on in the consultation.
- Comments: any free text you choose to add.
The purpose is to provide the consultation, manage the appointment, issue the payment receipt and send you the notices related to the session.
Legal basis: performance of the contract, and your consent for the optional fields and for receiving communications.
Sensitive data
We ask you not to include health data, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or other special category data in the comments. If you choose to include them, they will be processed with your explicit consent and with reinforced confidentiality measures. If you need to tell me something of that kind for the consultation, mention it during the session and we will deal with it by word of mouth.
How long it is kept
- Birth data and comments: a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Billing data: for the periods required by tax law (4 years).
Who else has access to the data
Providers acting as data processors: the web hosting service, the payment gateway, the email provider and the video call service. Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area and have adequate data protection safeguards.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to allo@juliettedetarbes.pro. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
